After loging in, plasma doesn't start, just writes an error. Failsafe also does the same. All applications seem to be running normally.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

This issue is being tracked at bug 248200. Merging. Remove the World Clock as a workaround and try to update to the latest KDE SC.
