Update viewes, especially caption of viewes where the torrents are being changed every tick time in. These are views: Active torrents (and subtree: Active Downloads, Active Uploads) and Passive torrents (and its subtree). The torrents might be changed every tick time because torrent may became be uploaded or downloaded in any time.

The problems its bug provides and could solve:
1. View caption with actual number of running torrents.
2. The check chunk bar displays incorrectly for torrent is become passive in Active torrents view.

As you know, there are several view tabs may exist. So update view is important for non current (selected) view tabs. So, for all view.
