Always detect underexposed areas in "pure color" mode

Version: 1.7.0 (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS: Linux

Sometimes the underexposure indicator paints as underexposed areas parts of the image that are perfectly visible because only one component is very dark. IMO underexposure should be always detected in "pure color" mode.

Reproducible: Always

Attached patch also applies cleanly on the latest svn version.

Which options you use in Image Editor settings panel ?

I use default options, except I deselected "Indicate exposure as pure color". The overexposure indicator works prefectly this way, but IMHO the underexposure indicator should always behave like that option is enabled.

I'm not agree with your patch.

If you want to use the behavior provided by your patch, you only need to turn off the "Indicate exposure as pure color" in config panel. That all...
