The PolicyKit module isn't loaded. After installing polkit-kde-1 it's still not available. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open System Settings, Advanced tab

Actual Results:  
No PolicyKit module listed

Expected Results:  
Show the PolicyKit module

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.36-3.dmz.2-liquorix-amd64
