I have 6 virtual desktops with Desktop Effects switched on. Each is configured for individual settings. Two of them have 'Globe' as the background. One is 'mercator' and the other is 'globe'.

I updated the box. Following were the the updates.

I went to one of the desktop having Globe background, right clicked and selected 'Desktop Settings'. The menu vanished but Settings window did not open.
The desktop froze, clicking any where did not do anything. I pressed ctrl-alt-f2 and rebooted.

The crash happened after I logged in to KDE. The Desktop having Globe interactive background responds to left click drags but right click on the desktop still does nothing.
