Description Daniel Mader 2011-01-18 18:54:49 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: Linux

When a wifi network disappears, e.g. because the router is turned off, knetworkmanager pops up the credentials dialog. Ignoring this will also prevent it from reconfiguring the network when it becomes available again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Connect to a WPA secured wifi network, turn off accesspoint. Wait a couple of seconds.

Actual Results:
A dialog pops up asking for the network credentials of the network which just disappeared.

Expected Results:
Knetworkmanager should silently connect to another available network of wait until the network becomes available again. It should definitely NOT ask for the credentials when it disappears...
