Description davidblunkett 2011-01-16 15:34:09 UTC
Version: 0.5 (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: Linux

I frequently use ksnapshot to extract images from documents that aren't in a convenient format. As is my habit I variously start ksnapshot from the menu, command line or prtscr button and often find I have several instances running. Often I find that I have saved my image to various different locations because I'll have changed path in one and forgotten to change path in another instance.
I rarely notice until I have cleared up and then there seems to be no way of tracking down the locations of the saved files and I frequently have to repeat the process.

I would like to see a saved file history in ksnapshot and one that worked across several instances running simultaneously (actually just an obvious log file would be enough).

This would be very handy.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug. Spectacle is the replacement for ksnapshot now. Please test again and file a new bug for Spectacle if you still have issues. Thank you!
