I plan to improve Tags Create/Edit dialog with 2.0.0 to become A tags Manager dialog, with tree-view on the left, and all tags properties editable on the right... Gilles Caulier *** Bug 287509 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 252970 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Hi Gilles I have an idea. We can add something called "Tags manager" in Tag/ in the menu pane. Inside it, we can have an table (like imageviewlist used in various export options), which lists all the tags, their icon, no. of images associated with them, other details. And include the same buttons like "+" for add, "-" for delete for selected (single/multiple) tags, something for editing the selected (single) tag. Very simple and intuitive to use. What do you think? Smit Smit, Yes, this is exactly what we need... Don't forget multiple selection of tags to perform drag and drop (move items). It's not too difficult to do. A lots of GUI parts already exist. Perhaps this can be a good subject for GoSC... Gilles *** Bug 319026 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Tags Manager will be in the next 4.0.0 release |
