Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
To reproduce, 
1) Open up a new free-node notebook.
2) Start a text node, type control-i to enable italics, type one character, and then hit backspace.

Actual Results:  
Basket crashes. If I start basket from a terminal, I get the message "no such file or directory."

Expected Results:  
Backspace should delete the character.

Cannot reproduce, seems to be fixed in 2.10.

Couldn't reproduce this either in the 2.49+ gitlab version
