Description Sabine Faure 2011-01-14 22:39:31 UTC
Version: unspecified
OS: Linux

When the user uncheck the 'Enable serverside subscription' check box, the N900 syncs but its stays on the same folder for a huge amount of time in comparaison with last time I tested this.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kmail-mobile
- Connect an Akonadi console to your N900
- Click on your Imap account
- Open the 'Actions' tab
- Click on 'Account'
- Click on 'Account Properties'
- Uncheck the 'Enable Server-Side Subscriptions' check box (it is checked by
default)
- Click on 'Ok'
- Reopen 'Actions' tab
- Click on 'Synchronize emails in account'

Actual Results:
The email synchronization works but it takes an huge amount of time.

Last time I tested this it took about 10 min but after 60 min the synchronization is still not yet finished and I would say only about half way.

Expected Results:
Synchronizing shared folders should not take that long the first time.

It took about 50 minutes to synchronize one shared folder containing 1068 emails.

It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to synchronize all the shared folders after unchecking the 'Enable serverside subscription' check box.
