There is no manual for KsCD.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell KsCD to show the configuration window.
  2. Tell the configuration window to show help.

Actual Results:  
  1. KsCD shows the configuration window.
  2. KHelpCenter says help:/kscd/index.html not found.

Expected Results:  
  2. KsCD manual.

Note: <URL: http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdemultimedia/kscd/index.html > is empty as well.
