On a new install, not all menus are in french,for a french localisation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install it in french

kipi-plugins package provide menu extension with translation. Install translations from this package.

Also, use last 1.7.0 release instead old 1.2.0

Fixed with works from bug #438701 for next 7.5.0 release
