Anti-spam filter wizard does not allow to set "Move known spam to" and "Move probable spam to" to a folders on remote (IMAP) account allowing only Local Folders.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
The wizard should display remote folders in the folders list.

I can confirm it.
But don't know why we don't authorize to move to imap folder.
