Sorry I am extremely new to Linux, how would you want me to test package 
kit and how can I tell if that is the version I have, or are you saying 
I should upgrade my package kit?  Sorry for my inexperience I'm just 
learning about Linux, I'm excited but definitely behind the curve.

If you have 0.6.3.2 installed (as the bug report says), just go to the Updates pane, check for new updates and check if a newer version 0.6.3.3 is there.

if you search for kpackagekit in kpackagekit, and click on it, the details should show the version.

yes i do have 0.6.3.2, however when I check for new updates under the 
kpackagekit it doesn't come up with one for itself.  Should I be 
checking for an update using a different tool?
