Version:           SVN (using KDE 4.5.90)

I'm using RC2 which is not choosable in "KDE-Version".

Kopete (this time not the OTR-plugin) is "manipulating" incoming messages by throwing away leading spaces when displaying. I saw this behaviour when receiving source code over chat.

It would be great if kopete would just display everything exactly as received. Switching to a monospace font is the job of the user, of course ;-).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* receive preformatted text from f.ex. Pidgin
* look at message

Actual Results:  
* don't recognize ASCII-art

Expected Results:  
* admire ASCII-art
