when you try to add a widget on you desktop und use the cachew fot that and there is an open windows, the add widget dialod disappears agein

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open a programm for example konqueror. now click on the cashew and select 'add widget' 

Actual Results:  
the add-widget dialog pops up and close again

Expected Results:  
it should not close

SVN commit 1211269 by mart:

delay activation so that the window uniconify and controller activation is done in the right order: the window doesn't hide anymore
