precision : It's after a restart that syncdaemon becomes cpu eater syncdaemon is the process used by Ubuntu's One to synchronize files between the cloud and the desktop. Please report this bug to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntuone-client Uhh ??? I'm running Mandriva Cooker. Ok It's not "syncdaemon" process but "syndaemon" which is responsible of heavy load Cpu Please can you correct the title and unmarck "Resolved" ? syndaemon is the daemon for the Synaptics touchpad driver, which is part of the freedesktop Xorg input drivers collection.
