Description m.wege 2011-01-01 15:08:56 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.90)
OS: Linux

When I want to print a document into a PDF the dialogue does does not remember the last one used and/ or it does not allow to set/save a different file or path. Instead it also has a standard file name, which will be overwritten. The best would be, if there would be the possibility to set a path and let the filename be autogenerated if no filename is set.

Reproducible: Always

I could not find a better component to assign this too.

"system-config-printer-kde" is no longer maintained and has been replaced with "Print Manager" since KDE 4.10. The new version is a C++ rewrite of the old Python version, and may still lack some features or have some bugs.

If this or another issue still needs to be addressed in KDE 4.10 or newer, please add a comment, or report it for "Print Manager".
