With the picture browser, you can drop a tag on a picture to assign tags to that picture.  However, when viewing an individual picture, you cannot drop the tag on the picture.  I think this would be a pretty useful feature, would make assigning tags easier, and would make the program as a whole more consistent.

I second that, also assigning the stars would be useful.

This feature is implemented and work with current implementation from git/master
