When opening the printing dialogue from any application (e.g. Okular), the first printer in the list is always selected, instead of the standard printer configured in CUPS.

CUPS (http://localhost:631/printers) lists: PrinterA, PrinterB (Standard)
KDE printing dialogue initially has PrinterA selected in the dropdown menu.
