Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send a mail form desktop to mobile account.
2. Select the inbox.
3. Click on sync this folder.

Actual Results:  
The new mail is not displayed in the inbox. (imap resource is running, the mobile is online)

Expected Results:  
If I manually select "sync this folder", kmail should sync the folder.

Syncing and email works better in more recent versions, 
e.g. snapshots/kdepim-ce-package_2011-01-04-09-32
I could send and receive and email fine in many situations,
thus closing the issue for now, we need more specific reports 
if imap or imap idle hangs again where it should not.

Might have had multiple causes but even imap idle and explicity syncing now works. So i am changing the state to verified as fixed.
