I quite often use Klipper only for urls which are then used through a clipper action to be opened in a browser. I do not need them apart from that. So after copying them to clipboard they are first in the clipboard. 
I would like to see following wish implemented: If a clipboard entry is used (!) via Klipper actions it will be (configurable) either moved secound in line of the clipboard, remove from the clipboard history instantly or (so that no one complains) the existing behaviour remains.

It's a cool idea, but given the lack of movement for so long, I think this is unlikely to be implemented unless someone submits a merge request to do it. Accordingly, I'm going to close this request so that the list of requested features better reflects work in progress or under active consideration. This doesn't mean that the idea is being vetoed, just that there aren't resources to consider implementing it absent volunteer contributions to do so--for which no formal feature request is needed.
