any mouse over an entry on task bar produces black outlines (does not matter if its a grouped item or not) screenshot shows konsole group mouse over thumbnail.

Same issue with present windows effect (black border for every window shown)

kubuntu 10.10 beta 2 packages, nvidia binary version 260.19.21 (twinview enabled)

outline also happens with windows shown in desktop grid view.

set the scale method to smooth

Thanks, setting scale method to 'smooth' worked. I am presuming a fix is in RC1.
