OS:                Linux

No more, no less.

Here you have a combined screenshot of the pdf-exported version, left one for OOWriter and right one for KWord:

Hmm, the test file doesn't show any header with oowriter either. Are you sure the screenshots were taken with the same test file?

Confirmed. In LO.org just switch to a different view (on the right in the statusbar click on the most right of those 3 icons).

Fixed the infinite loop described in comment #3 with commit 482a584217e4551f695f061045af62c89b6f9fdf.

The other case (no header/footer in an OOWriter-generated .odt file) is still valid.
