The black and white icons in the "open new document" dialogue look really old, blury and make a bad first impression. Thus they should be replaced by some KDE4 icons.

They also don't scale well with new displays.

Much better with https://invent.kde.org/office/calligra/-/merge_requests/12 regarding scaling.
Do not hesitate to reopen if you think icons should be changed, but this is not going to be for me to fix
