But hidable. These places are special, and are localized when you switch application language. If you delete them and re-create them, they are no longer localized when you change language. To restore the default behaviour, you have to remove ~/.kde4/share/apps/kfileplaces/bookmarks.xml

Dolphin shouldn't allow to remove trash from places, it should only allow to
hide it.

When trash is removed it can't be easily restored and it doesn't look like
before (the icon is static).

In KDE Frameworks 5.41+, they are now un-delete-able, and only hide-able.
