Like Windows I can't change any of these elements in Kicker menu:

1. BookMarks. ( I want to rename it and move it up)
2. Recent Documents ( I want to rename it to Documents and arrange it with other submenus.)
4. Run (can i rename it to execute)
5. I don't want Lock Screen and Logout (a stupid choice but still a choice)

I wish for totally configurable Kicker Menu. Could you oblige me.

lcok screen and logout can be disabled completely via the KDE KIOSK framework 
in KDE 3.1. See README.kiosk
