Can't open the KCall configuration dialog - when I click on Settings -> Configure KCall... nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KCall
2. Click on Settings -> Configure KCall

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
The configuration dialog window should appear

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34.7-0.5-desktop (openSUSE 11.3)
Compiler: gcc (SUSE Linux) 4.5.0 20100604
