Description Philipp A. 2010-12-05 20:26:37 UTC
Version: 0.11.1 (using KDE 4.5.1)
OS: Linux

Basic Javascript functionality to display initially hidden parts of the document do not work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Download a Presentation from here:
http://www.luatex.org/documentation.html
(Be sure not to click on the “nosteps” versions)

Actual Results:
Upon clicking on an empty slide (which has a tooltip saying “Javascript function”), nothing happens.

Expected Results:
A function is called, which would show the next slide on this page. (It does work in Adobe reader, IDK if it works in evince too, i don’t want to pull all the GNOME junk)

A way to pop up a javascript console which collects output and errors would be great…

I believe this is a duplicate of bug 177473

Bug 177473 was closed because the submitter no longer needed the feature. But javascript support is needed for many other pdf documents such as these. Confirming that this is still an open issue.
