Please implement a free space notification before doing a copy / paste job in Dolphin or Konqeror.

Example : copy a 100 MB file to a Destination where only 50 MB are free.

Currently dolphin/konqeror tries to copy and then later it fails becouse of free space.

There should be a informatioin dialog which lets the user choose between "copy anyway" or cancel the job.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
copy a bigger file to destination as you have free space left there.

Actual Results:  
copy process starts

Expected Results:  
Dialog should appear to let the user choose "copy anyway" or "cancel"
