If there is no description available, instead of showing “No description available” hide this text altogether and show only the title‘s name. That would make the list a bit less cluttered.

(Also please please remove that “ad” “Oxygenize your desktop!”. It is okay to have a description saying “Oxygen mouse theme” (which is superfluid in my opinion as well) but that slogan is just unneccessary)

The "Oxygenize your desktop!" advertizement is provided by the Oxygen cursor theme. Reassigning.

The KCM for changing cursor themes no longer includes this text.
