Version:           1.6.5 (using KDE 4.5.3) 
OS:                Linux

When External browsing is set to use default browser the context menu should have an entry with that browser and an entry with "Open With" containing all the application associated with (x)html. Just the way Konqueror works.
Far the most times I just want to open pages in the default browser but some pages just doesn't work in Konqueror and it's annoying to have to copy the link location and paste it into Firefox/Chrome whatever.

I haven't used Konqueror for years, and don't even remember what the issue was.
