It still freezes here but I see no crash. The culprit is most likely our URL, as adding a playlist stream from the Kohina website works fine. *** Bug 265378 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Quick reproduction: - choose menu Amarok->Play Media (bound to Ctrl-o) - enter URL in the opened dialog (e.g. http://dir.xiph.org/listen/25096658/listen.m3u) and press OK - see amarok crashing I use Kubuntu 10.10, KDE 4.6 and Amarok 2.4 from PPA. Yes, that crashes here, too. I always tested otherwise and didn't see a crash: to add a stream, use the menu Playlist -> Add stream. Myriam told me that it does not crash anymore. Additionaly fetching that URL shows me an HTTP 404 error => INVALID. |
