Sentry Crash Report:

Description Kai Uwe Broulik 2010-11-22 18:21:39 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.3)
OS: Linux

(I don‘t know if this is fixed in 4.6 since cursor themes has its own kcm module there)

Besides the fact that there is no Get Hot NEw Stuff button at mouse pointers, when clicking on “Install new theme” (or so) there pops up a dialog with an url field and a browse button. You have to click on browse to get to your file, click OK in the dialog and then OK in the other dialog as well.
It would be better to directly show an Open dialog.

Reproducible: Didn't try

True, you could just type in the first field, but I don't think this is very user friendly, I'll change this to wishlist.

P.S.: This is in 4.6.2!

Fixed with the cursor KCM rewrite.
