Hello, i has this problem on 2 different distros (gentoo and ubuntu 10.10).
Main list is not updated after new article is fetched.
At the left tree updated but the right not.

I can confirm this really annoying bug. IIRC it exists since KDE SC 4.5.

I just noticed that new items are added, but always appended to the bottom even if sorting suggests they should be appended at the top.
Could you try to verify that this is also your problem before I open a new bug?

Indeed, I just verified that: I selected Planet KDE (all messages were read), and hit the "Fetch all" button. It found a new item in the feed, made the title in the tree view bold, and I found it in the list after scrolling all the way down. Selecting another feed and then Planet KDE again fixed the sorting.

I've since found bug #247473 for the sorting thing. But there are other reports where new posts aren't shown at all, so I'm wondering which one of them this is a duplicate of.
