I think there is more comfortable put "Open with" voice of dolphin menu (right click mouse) under "Open". An image, for example, usually is open with gwenview, but if I want modify it I use gimp. And me and many users prefer it near the voice "open": so all programs are near

Open dolphin
Right click on a file
"Open" is the first voice, but "Open with" is in the half

In KDE SC 4.9.0,  there is only "Open With" in the context menu, no "Open".  Is this report still relavant ?

As "Open" is no longer included in the context menu, this wish is fulfilled (in a different way). Closing.
