If you search for something (theme, cursor or such) and there are none you are presented an empty results window. But it feels uncomplete. So you often have the feeling that it might still be looking for something but it just did not find any entries. Add a “There are no items found” or somethjing message to the Get Hot New Stuff window search.

This got fixed with the QtQuick dialog which is now used in most places.

The QWidgets one is pretty much on life support and will be deprecated in KF6.
