The Kmail-mobile 'Manual' seems unavailable atm.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kmail-mobile
- Go to your Imap inbox
- Click on any email
- Open the 'Actions' tab
- Click on 'Mail'
- Scroll down and click on 'Manual'

Actual Results:  
A 'Manual not found - Kmail Mobile' pop up dialogue appears with the following message: 'The manual could not be found on your system.'

Expected Results:  
The manual should be available for the user to read.

Works fine on WinCE, so it's a Maemo5-specfic issue, thus no komo3 tag.
