Please make "Configure filters" to a sortable flap component (like Favorites, and Accounts) call "Filter". In the sortable flap the user should be able to sort, delete, rename, edit and add a filter. When editing or adding a filter open a fullscreen configuration dialogue and make sure selections work well (problems atm esp. with selection of "to:", "Name",...). Ok and Cancel to quit dialogue.

Hej,

kmail provides a 'Filter' menu entry now, which allows to manage filters in the way as described by Björn.
