The problem reported seems to happen at least to somebody else: http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=90865 I have exactly the same problem using Kubuntu 10.10, 32bit, KDE 4.5.3 I see the same problem with KDE 4.6 RC2 on openSuse 11.3, 32bit; Activating the kio_smb debug flags and doing the file copy via kioclient copy sourcefile smb://.... I see the following output: smb_signing_good: BAD SIG: seq 1 SMB Signature verification failed on incoming packet! kio_smb(31488)/kio (kioslave) KIO::SlaveBase::finished: finished() called after error()! Please fix the KIO slave. No idea what that means... The problem is also discussed in the KDE Forum: http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=90865#p180676 Installing the newest libsmbclient0-3.5.6-2.1.i586.rpm solves the problem! |
