to reproduce:
- open a document
- open print-dialog
- select to print to pdf
- under options select 2-pages on one page
- print

result: still single-paged

Reproducible: Always

Compiler: gcc

I can confirm this issue on KDE 4.5.4.

I think that also rotating does not work.

Turned out this is more exactly a duplicate of Bug #193337. Reassigning it there might be good.
