Please attach a backtrace of the crash, otherwise this bug is useless.
Also indicate other details about the configuration eg if you are using PulseAudio, ALSA, OSS, etc, and if you can run kmix successfully later or it crashes anytime.

I will downgrade the driver today.
260.19.12 => 173.14.28
No problem at all.
