I opened System settings -> Text-to-Speech and checked "Enable Text-to-Speech System (Jovie)", and pressed Apply. The Accessibility icon appeared on the task bar, but in a few seconds crash report assistant pops up. This happens every time and makes Jovie currently unusable.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
