I just restarted the application and tried to remove a whiteboard again. I
have three dashboard and the problem occurs each time I try to remove the
second or the third whiteboard.
I launch the application from the kde menu. I added an item to the menu
executing this command:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/braindump-0.9.0/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH &&
/usr/local/braindump-0.9.0/bin/braindump

I can reproduce when I try with an empty configuration. Should make it easy(ier) to fix. Unfortunately I am experiencing the bug again. Was I supposed to purge $HOME/.kde/share/apps/braindump/* before re-triyng? cheers g On Sun, Oct 31, 2010 at 9:22 PM, Cyrille Berger <cyb@lepi.org> wrote: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=255729 > > > Cyrille Berger <cyb@lepi.org> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Status|NEW |RESOLVED > Resolution| |FIXED > > > > > --- Comment #4 from Cyrille Berger <cyb lepi org> 2010-10-31 21:22:15 --- > Fixed in http://bitbucket.org/cyrille/braindump/changeset/07fa2208b26f > > -- > Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email > ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- > You reported the bug. > No there should be no need for that. Can you attach the backtrace you get now ? Unfortunately I can't. In my last attempt I removed everything under $HOME/.kde which contained the word "braindump" in its path. Anyway the problem this bug refers to has disappeared so I guess you solved the problem but a complete purge of the previous version was necessary. Of course I lost everything in this way that is why I think a "Save to File" function would be rather helpful. I still keep the old version of braindump (official 0.9.0 version) so if you want, I can try to reproduce the bug again otherwise we can close it. thanks g On Mon, Nov 1, 2010 at 8:42 AM, Cyrille Berger <cyb@lepi.org> wrote: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=255729 > > > > > > --- Comment #6 from Cyrille Berger <cyb lepi org> 2010-11-01 08:42:50 --- > No there should be no need for that.
