You have KDE compiled in a mode with debug logging enabled (or your distribution compiled in that mode). Luckily, you do not need to recompile KDE, but you can run "kdebugdialog" from Konsole and select "Disable all debug output". Some remaining messages might still be logged, but the KIO messages you were seeing should be gone. It should not be a debug build--the debug USE flag is not enabled, and it's the standard ebuild, not an overlay. I have already disabled all debug output in kdebugdialog. I did that ages ago, and verified it again just now. This is not resolved. You are right, this is not a debug log message, but a warning, probably indicating a bug in the Kopete code. Hello from the KDE Bugsquad! Unfortunately, Yahoo has discontinued the Yahoo Messenger service, and the code has been removed from Kopete. Thus, I am closing this bug as "UNMAINTAINED" since it will no longer be fixable, or able to operate due to Yahoo. |
