My router is set to use 168.1.x.x as IP address but, knetworkmanager get 10.48.x.x as an IP address, and it is not possible to connect to the Internet.

Are you sure you do not have two dhcp servers running?

Yes. This problem is accrue whit open wireless network. But recently I do not test whether it is work or not?!

Can you upgrade to a newer Plasma NM version and test again? These packages are for OpenSuse 11.4:

The version you are using is probably old. I cannot reproduce this problem.
