- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Upon opening the application it crashes when the last opened session had a project located on a remote box using the fish protocol. If I remove the session information from ~/.kde4/share/apps/kdevelop/sessions then the problem goes away and I can open kdevelop.

- Custom settings of the application:

Stored session with remote projects.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
