Are you using KDE or Gnome? The shortcuts are not identical on both desktops. I am using KDE :) I put its version on the corresponding field btw. "Version: 2.3.2 (using KDE 4.5.1) " Well, the bug wizard adds that automatically even for Gnome users, as you need kdelibs to run Amarok.
