If you ever add a delay, make it possible to switch it off. I would be highly annoyed by any such delay in my work flow. I second this. The panels pop up after accidentally getting too close to the screen border. I would prefer some method of making them "harder" to pop up. A delay is one option, but I'm open to others. Another +1 from me. It'd be nice if there wasn't just a delay but if velocity and direction of the mouse cursor would be taken into account. GNOME Shell has gotten this right: if you push your mouse in a corner it executes the appropriate action right away, otherwise you won't be bothered by panels or changes to the activities view. Having autohiding panels is very annoying right now - you can't put them anywhere where your mouse might go as they'll pop up. So not on the top (you drag windows there) not on the right (scrollbar). The bottom is reasonably OK but can still be annoying ;-) (left I have my panel...) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 267277 *** (In reply to comment #4) > > *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 267277 *** How can it be a duplicate of a bug that has been posted AFTER? |
