Moving windows with desktop effect activated is very slow.
Disable tiling or disable desktop effect restore a fluent moving.

this append on windows marked as floting.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
move a windows in tiling colum mode

Actual Results:  
moving is very slow on flotting windows

Expected Results:  
moving fluent

please test again once 4.8 is released

did you meanwhile try KDE 4.8?

Bug seems to be fixed with 4.8.
